Mont Loup-Garou: A new residential project in the Laurentians in Saint-Adèle.

Constructions Raymond et Fils is beginning infrastructure work on a new residential project in the Laurentians, more specifically in Sainte-Adèle, which will bear the name of Mont Loup-Garou.

This project which includes in its first phase 23 large wooded lots, many of which offer exceptional views of the region, appeal those with a love for the great outdoors, tranquility and those looking for an active lifestyle.

Well-known by outdoor enthusiasts in the Laurentian region, Mont Loup-Garou offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fatbike, mountain biking and hiking trails. Future owners will be able to take advantage of the trails closely located to their homes.

Three home models have already been designed by our collaborator Les Créabitations N. Perron. During the design process, great care was taken to ensure integration of the homes that is well thought out and adapted to the mountainous landscape.
